Portsmouth North End Cycling Club Time Trials are 'club' time trials and are open to all-comers under the 'come and try' philosophy (try for 3 times if you don't belong to a cycling club). PNECC is affiliated to Cycling Time Trials (CTT) full details can be found on the website and open forum. Routes can be downloaded easily.
