Saddle up and join Butterwick Hospice on our annual Big Butterwick Bike Ride 2014!
After an extremely successful 2013 event which raised over £10,000, we are back for our 11th year. Starting and finishing at Elm Tree Social club, this 26-mile bike ride is a great event for all the family. Taking in the scenery of Stockton-on-Tees including Elton, Long Newton, Sadberge, Bishopton and Redmarshall our fun ride is totally non-competitive, welcoming riders of all ages and standards.
Having finished your ride, why not rejoin us in Elm Tree Social Club for our post-event gathering. There will be a chance to refuel with a free buffet, kindly provided by David Knowles of The Co-operative Funeralcare.
This is a sponsored event and all riders raising over £100 will be eligible to receive a free limited edition Big Butterwick Bike Ride t-shirt.
To sign up contact the Fundraising Office on 01642 628 930 or book online at www.butterwick.org.uk/bbbr
All entrants must ensure that they ride in a safe manner and adhere to the Highway Code. Cyclists are strongly advised to wear helmets and bright coloured clothing. Cyclists under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
