Enjoy the spring sunshine with this fantastic ride back for a second year! Starting and finishing on the outskirts of Cambridge, the ride takes you north through Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and towards the Norfolk coast with a choice of 100 mile or 50 mile routes. There will be plenty of refreshment stops along the way making this an enjoyable day's cycling to raise money for the Prostate Cancer Research Centre. The 100 mile route features chip-timing and web results so after the event, you can see your overall time and average speed along with the opportunity to compare your time with your friends.

Rode this today.
The route was excellent, avoiding busy roads and meandering through the Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk countryside.
Weather was nice, and the start location seemed professional and organised, with chip timing and helpful staff.
However they have sadly yet to publish the results/times, and it is not even obvious where those who have entered can find them.
Refreshment stops mean that you can refill your bottle with water and buy food. I'd like to see some sugary fluids/sweets provided for free, even if more substantial food is paid for.
I guess that improvements to either would make the event more acceptable, but I couldn't recommend it as it is.

Agree there is no mention of the results on the bikeevents website, however they are up and published here:

I enjoyed the event very much although the totally flat terrain leads to a pretty unrelenting effort. You can make it as hard or not as you like though.

Well done to all completing!
