It is quite a challenge, with awesome hills to get the legs pumping and amazing descents to get the heart racing. Taking in the best of the varied landscape of the Surrey Hills and the North Downs.
Starting from the amazing Epsom Racecourse, this new venue will help cope with the demand for this sell out event. It has plenty of parking and outstanding facilities.
There are three courses to choose from:

Epic: 103 Miles,
Standard: 80 Miles,
Short: 44 Miles
The Epic and Standard routes take in the famous hills including: Leith Hill, Pitch Hill, White Down and all routes include the iconic Olympic road race climb of ‘Box Hill'. Three out of these four hills are in the UK's top 100 climbs that every rider should experience.
EPIC ROUTE

Based in the heart of this area of outstanding natural beauty, the Epic route has two distinct parts: a flattish first 30 miles, which is flowing and can be described as a little lumpy but not hilly. Followed by a hiller 70 miles which take in the famous hills including: Leith Hill, Pitch Hill, White Down and all routes include the iconic Olympic road race climb of ‘Box Hill'. Three out of these four hills are in the UK's top 100 climbs that every rider should experience. With a final drag up to the top of Epsom Downs to the finish.
STANDARD ROUTE

Starting with a flowing downhill then rolling first 25 mile section. This will allow your legs to warm up before the start of the hillier 55 mile section. Although this is shorter, it is equally as challenging as it includes the same iconic hills as the Epic route and the Olympic Road Race hill ‘Box Hill' concludes the route. After enjoying the stunning views at the top of this iconic hill, riders will have 1 final drag up to the top of Epsom Downs to the finish.
SHORT ROUTE

After your legs are warmed up, on a flattish first 30 miles, which is flowing and can be described as a little lumpy but not hilly you will tackle the Olympic road race hill ‘Box Hill'. After enjoying the stunning views at the top of this iconic hill, riders will have 1 final drag up to the top of Epsom Downs to the finish.
Although this area is known for its hills, everything is rideable if you have a reasonable level of fitness. A great end of season tester, on very quiet roads, within a stunning area.
