Commuter diaries - RIP the sharing track pump

Well who would do such a thing? The track pump I left at the bike park at work for communial use has been vandalised; with the hosing being cut! Now, I wasn't leaving the pump as a social experiment but it seems to have become a comment on modern day life! I can't believe a cyclist would damge it in this mindless way; but hey, perhaps I am being a hopeless romantic.
