Cycling sucks

Here's a nice tongue in cheek vid (below) from the Netherlands. What would cycling be like if it was like driving? that's the theme explored in this short which was created as a Dutch school project aimed at promoting bikes – a long way from the situation we're currently seeing in the UK where bikes are effectively banned at some schools...

what's the cop saying at the start? any dutch types out there who can give us a translation?

According to a friend in The Netherlands:

"The policeman is saying something like: 'Well well sir, how fast were we driving?' And probably obvious, but the voice over does the traffic announcements."
