Commuter diaries - fellow commuters
What an amazing head wind this evening, I am exhausted after my 8 mile commute, the wind added an extra 10mins to the journey!
I have decided to write about and photograph my fellow commuters, riders I see every day. Why do they ride, what do they ride? What do they get out of it, is it the same as me?
I must find out about this guy, he rides every day on the same Dawes bike, always wrapped up against the elements regardless of the weather; but the most interesting thing is that he always rides "no handed".
Tomorrow I am going to stop him and ask why?
Sheesh that head wind tonight was a killer, I was on the A39 heading out towards Marksbury and it was in my face all the way home...apart from the ocasional gust that tried to dump me into the verge!
Oh well, a good bit of resistance training I suppose
I certainly had a gusty moment on the way home… and it wasn't lunch
little sketchy on the keynsham bypass with the mavic deep carbon rims, I dislike getting blown accross busy roads.
not all carbon is the same.
