I have been wearing Shimano (other brands are available) spd sandals for commuting.
Wrong yet strangely right?

no, although the dust on the tow path is not nice between toes! May consider and go bike spotting!

I bought a pair of Shimano SPD sandals last year. I had a septic toe, and the sandals meant I could keep cycling on the rollers.
One aspect of them is that the sizing is far closer to normal than Shimano's other cycling shoes. Means the sandals I bought are enormous. OK for when I had a big toe in a bandage, but not so useful now.
Any Saquatch out there looking to buy some cycling sandals?
