There is some other type of glue that someone was on about recently, a kiwi if i remember, who went a little more indepth about it stating that superglue was too hard and didn't give so not the best i shall have a look for it in the forum and post the link.
A few years ago I chaired a general election hustings in my constituency in North London. It was organised by Friends of the Earth so it was all about green issues. To be fair to UKIP their candidate actually attended (which was more than his Conservative rival did). The poor fellow was a little out of his depth and I don't think UKIP actually had any policies on the environment at the time (they have now, I believe - unfortunately). The UKIP candidate did come up with an inspired solution to our energy needs. Bring back into service all those old windmills to generate electricity!
Km 119.5, 1er sprint PMU:
1er Burghardt , 6pts.
2e Vichot, 3.
3e Brändle , 1.
Good
Does anyone know where to get the replaceable heel treads from? I'm loving the shoes but struggling to find replacement inserts.
Cheers
Inflate to the pressure you run, then get a torch and spin the wheel slowly, looking for little nicks of glass, take the glass out and replace with a little super glue. It'll keep your tyres going a little longer.
Anything you can fit your pinky finger nail into, replace the tyre
I was going to take him out too, but it would have cost me penalty points and I reasoned that with Dani Moreno abandoning he was now team leader and needs to step up to the plate, especially as he is a former winner. we'll see if our confidence is misguided, and I fear it is.
Also abandoned - Rasch, Bookwalter, Sabatini, Mori and Lancaster.
Km 89, GPM 1ère cat, Col de la Croix:
1er Burghardt , 12pts.
2e Vichot, 8.
3e Dumoulin, 6.
4e Brändle, 4.
5e Garate , 2
Off to the cinema - hoping to come out to discover a marvellous Brajkovic solo victory!
According to radsport Vandewalle (OPQ) and Gavazzi (AST) have also abandoned
I managed to accumulate three SP50s in the space of less than three years (this was a decade ago). Carrying nine points on my license scared me somewhat; I was, and still am quite dependant on my driving license for work.
Needless to say I made very sure I didn't get any more points before the points I had expired, and I haven't had any since.
Looks like I needn't have worried
, but 36 (!?) surely that is a mistake.
problem is a vocal group won't, same as in new forest. You have a rich group of commuters/londoners who want to live in the country and have no interest in the locals or what is in the locals interest if it disturbs there idea of how the country should be.
i see enough of it in the Cotswolds, London plated cars trying to run you off the road, Londoners buying second homes then trying to get bridleways re-routed etc. Banning locals from woodland that has been used for decades etc etc etc.
36 points?! Well obviously he doesn't give a toss then does he? FFS
I'd like to know who's insuring these people.
no exceptions! that is why we are where we are
I try my best when posting not to explode in a stream of profanities, but some people...
makes a mockery of the idea of points, it makes a mockery of drivers being licensed when they can do as they please safe in the knowledge the licence will not be revoked.
Plead hardship and drive away from the court.
Both mine have lost their teeth for the clip and been subject to water ingress (ones terminals corroded) but its a good bright light and if available at a good price its definitely worth considering.
More DNFs: Florencio, Cavendish, Meersman, Navardauskas, Sutton,Capecchi, Viviani, Pineau (?), Marcato and Vanendert.
Cavendish and Meersman abandoned
SID, I'm going to call you out on it being Kimmage questions that forced Sky to get rid of some of the staff and riders.
It didn't take a genius to work out they had to get rid of some that had previous questionable doping results when they told everyone about their zero tolerance policy
Lead 5.50 Nobody chasing at the moment
