I want to put ultegra groupset triple on new bike as using mainly in europe in mountains and compact with 50/34 front and 11-28 rear cassette does not give me the right gears for mountain or right range for all eventualities. Want bike light as possible. Actually Sram Rival was my first option but bike shop advised against SRAM.

Ambrosio 12-23 10 speed cassette that fits Shimano/SRAM freehub splines but use's Campag spacing (obviously you need campag brifters).

been used for about 25 miles in total, so absolutely loads of life left. needs a shimano/SRAM chain.

I was hoping to put an 11-28 cassette on my trusty old sequoia which has a long cage tiagra derailleur and currently runs on a 12-25 block. Having done a bit of homework, it looks like it can only handle a maximum of 27 teeth on the back.

Can anyone please advise, are Shimano technical specifications absolute, or is there the leeway I need to install 28 teeth at the back.

Any advice gratefully received.

Hi, for sale is my groupset as I am upgrading my bike, it is brand new but I fancied a quick upgrade after getting a good deal/discount on a Microshift groupset. I have added up the prices of these parts which comes to £126.

Hi folks.
Lets just say i've had a minor incident which has lead to the death of the saddle clamp on my brand new black pro vibe 7s seat post i'll say no more about it.

......so i guess this advert is only aimed at people who already have this seatpost which may be scratched, chipped or broken and want to replace the post and have the saddle clamp to swap over. Could be a long shot?

Anyway, i'm desparately hoping that some kind person will help me claw back about £20 of the £60 i spent on the seat post......please.
