Mavic

Wheel upgrade choice

Morning all,
I'm shopping around for some nice wheels for christmas. I've narrowed it down to:

Mavic Ksyrium Equipe in white (look great)
Quest Keswick in black (bit lighter than the Mavics, these are a re-badge of Pro-Lite Braccianos since Pro-Lites don't seem to be that easy to get hold of but Quest are in the UK and advertising the Keswicks in CW)
Handbuild - I live near Will's Wheels in Stockport, I don't know what they will do for the £260-ish that the other choices cost.

Thoughts?

Free..old tyres and rim good for turbos mind

Free, well if your in Bristol and want to pick up..three old 700x23 continental tyres..no good for road use but ideal for turbo trainers. Also an old Mavic MA2 rim, 36h. Got quite a bit of life left but the eyelets are rusty., again good for a turbo wheel if you've got an old 36h hub knocking around.

Going to the tip at the weekend, so be quick.

If your not in Bristol but really really want them ill send at cost.

Ta.

New wheels - in a quandary

Have some Fulcrum Racing 5s (which I like a lot) on my BMC, but have been hankering after an upgrade for a while (more from a desire perspective, rather than need).

There are some pretty good deals on at the moment. Struggling with deciding on approach:

1) Do I upgrade one step and get some Fulcrum Racing 3s (which I would then feel happy to use for daily training)?

2) Do I go for a big upgrade, pay twice as much and get some Fulcrum Racing Zeros (but then would I be daft to use them for daily training, rather than saving for racing/events)?

3) Do I get equivalent Mavic/other?

FS: Pegoretti Duende 56cm, Super Record, Ksyrium SLRs

Despite it being one of the finest bikes I have ever had the pleasure to build and or ride after getting the frame from Rich-Ti just before he headed to Oz, sadly she will have to be sold, as it's a bit too much of a luxury for me right now - and I managed to time my decision to make the swap with Rich at the same time that I signed up with my work Cyclescheme so I now have a voucher sat awaiting yet another new build! If anyone knows of a prospective size 56cm Peg purchaser then please point them in my direction!

Build list is as follows:
