Giant TCX 2
Read about Giant's TCX2 on their website and you might think you're buying a full-on CX race iron. "Light enough to hoist and carry, fast enough to put you on the podium, that's TCX", they gush. In reality the £800 TCX is much more of an all-rounder, with a spec that suggests it'll do its miles in the week and spend most of its Sunday mornings tucked in the shed. It's a good bike though, capable of tackling proper off road and long tarmac jaunts too.
FS: GANT DEFY ALLIANCE size large
Ok, advertising on behalf of a mate. He wants to sell his little used Giant that he bought last Winter for his son that no longer gets used. We estimate its only covered about 500 miles so is in very good condition.
Its a size large and cost him £1100. It has a mixed material framest that combines carbon and alloy and a mainly Shimano Tiagra groupset. I have put th elink below so you can see the full specs for yourself but please mail me on stevemyers651AThotmailDOTcom if you have any questions or want photos and i will get right back to you asap. He is looking for £700.
Cheers
Giant TCR1 Compact
The TCR 1 is the middle bike in Giant's aluminium TCR range - not to be confused with the carbon TCR Composite, TCR Advanced or TCR Advanced SL bikes - all of which are built around the same frame and fork package. The entry-level model is the Shimano Tiagra-equipped TCR 2 (£990) and top of the pile is the TCR 0 (£1,500) which comes with mainly Shimano Ultegra components.
