We went away but now we're back

sorry 'bout that, just a bit of downtime while we switched to a new server. a bigger one!

there shouldn't be any gremlins but if you find anything not working, let us know!

Creative use of white space

We're having a few problems with our ads on the site, you may have noticed. sometimes they don't appear and you get big white spaces. more of a problem for us than for you really, but just in case you're wondering, that's what is meant to be in the holes. We're working to move the ads over to the same server as the site but that's what broke it yesterday, so this time we're going to be a bit more careful...

It was my fault

I broke the site. sorry. Been learning all sorts today, about twitter feeds and stuff, and my head got a bit big, and i tried something clever, and broke the whole site. But it's fixed now, and I'm suitably humbled.

Just to let y'all know that you can now tag your new forum topics. If you start typing it'll give you a little list of tags already used, too. If everyone tags stuff *nicely* then it'll help you find related forum topics and news and stuff. we'll be working through the content already on the site to tag that all up over the next couple of weeks.
